How to get a response for a raised ticket?

As the title states, how does one get an answer for an outstanding question as opposed to the spam like

emails I regularly receive and have been receiving since April 29th? Every day, since last Friday I have received the

following:

"There's been a problem with processing your broadband order.

Once we've got more details, we'll deal with this and contact you if we need to.

If you've got any questions, please contact us using the Help Assistant:
http://help.plus.net/ or give us a call on 0800 432 0200 FREE or 0345 140 0200.

Kind regards,

Plusnet Customer Support
http://www.plus.net/

Email ref: E0553"

My router is still plugged into the test socket as it has been since last Friday, so I can only presume the fault team are still trying to find the fault.

It would be nice if somebody actually kept me up to date with what is happening!

Fix

Hi chuffchuff,

Thank you for getting in touch. From looking into this for you I can see there was a DSL modify order for your 21CN connection which I believe is to move you on to our new network. I am sorry for the number of notifications that you received regarding this saying there was a problem. From checking it all I can see this transfer did complete and from running some tests earlier I can see that your connection is running at a stable rate.
