How ro request a line reset?

I have finally got my parents to leave the router powered on constantly (Before, they thought they were saving the planet by turning it off when it wasn't in use).
Unfortunatly, my line is now at minimum (0.2mb DL). My own fault, Plusnet have been great.
The support ticket questions however were questioning a fault with the router, due to previous circumstaces though, this isn't the case.
Can forums admins reset/repower my line?
Or should I wait for Plusnet to phone me?

I have placed a SNR reset on your line, this normally takes up-to 4 hours to take effect. Your fault ticket will remain open, although you do need to complete the diagnostic questions to formally raise this to our faults team.

Finally finished the troubleshooter, it seems I'll wait for Plusnet to phone me.
EDIT: Thanks for the SNR reset, the download speed is now 5mb, which I'm happy enough with. Thanks again.
