How long should it take to provision the trial?

Hi,
I don't want to come across impatient, however the last activity on my support ticket (27577309) for joining the ADSL2+ trial was on 2nd Feb by a script with a note saying that I would be contacted shortly.  I have sinced poked the ticket on the 12th Feb but have not had a reply.
Prior to that the last human reply was on 15th Jan which indicated my ticket would be resolved in 2-3 weeks.
Is this normal and should I exercise more patience, or has my ticket gotten buried under the deluge of impatient trialists?
Many thanks,
- Micha.

Re: How long should it take to provision the trial?

Hiya,
Because it's a gradual trial and there's been a lot of interest, there is a backlog of orders.
We don't want to do things too quickly, so we're biding our time.
I'll try and get an update for you.

Hi,
It appears that your order was cancelled for an unknown reason.
I'm currently trying to replace it.

Re: How long should it take to provision the trial?

Micha,
I'm afraid I'm having system problems!
If you give me a shout on Monday I'll try again then.  It should take 5 working days for an order to complete.

Re: How long should it take to provision the trial?

I remembered seeing this thread yesterday, so thought I would pop by to make sure it has been done.
Oh well, turns out I placed it earlier today anyway.
Should be good to go a week on Monday for your line, provided things go ahead as normal
