How long should I wait?

Been with Plusnet for 10 years + and very pleased.
Speeds until recently have been 19 down and 1 up and rock solid.
Nothing has changed with modem or line or anything.
Today I checked and down speed has decreased to 1MBps. I have not noticed disconnections.
Modem connecting at 23001, BT speedtest shows fault as after 3rd test the down and up speed was 0. MyIP profile is 23.4.
Is this due to the recent problems or have I got an issue?

Another Chris here
It looks as though you've had a low sync event, could have been triggered by many things such as poor weather or an engineer working on a nearby line for example.
I've just made some changes to your Speed Profile, can you disconnect and reconnect from within your router and run a further Speed Test please?

(If only I could now get Fibre!)

You never know, it could come faster than you think!

You can email nga.enquiries@openreach.co.uk and they will tell you when roughly when (or if) you are going to get fibre - you need to give your postcode and phone number so they know which cabinet you're connected to. Expect to wait a few weeks for an answer though...

Hmm, interesting.
I had thought that because I am very close to the exchange (hence great ADSL2+ speeds) that my line was not suitable for fibre.
Time will tell.
