was without broadband and landline for 9 days, engineer fitted a new socket which doesnt require a filter - my speeds are now very very slow and im wondering how long it will take to stabalise and get back to normal ?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your speeds. I've tested your line today and I can see that the downstream sync speed coming into the property is running at 8Mbps, which is at the best that your line is able to offer on your current package. When you're connecting to your devices, are you doing so via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connections and do you know if the issues you're reporting occur across all of your devices?
