How long do faults team take to respond to messages?

I raised a fault with my slow broadband speeds on Tuesday evening, but since then have heard nothing from plusnet?
The automated test ran and came back as "Inconclusive"
What happens now?

If it's of any use:
I had a similar issue which I reported on Sunday.
I've had a response today with a proposed solution - it will be about 5 days whether we know that the problem has been solved.

Your ticket got stuck because it was updated whilst in the automated testing phase of diagnostics. I've had a look and bumped your profile which will have a small effect but your line almost certainly won't support anything higher than your current 1Mbps profile I'm afraid.
