That's not possible on FTTC without going down the fault route unfortunately, we can't perform SNR resets either.
I'm asking one of the team to do a couple of line tests to try and see what's going on with your line.

We did some digging and your line is currently performing as it should. The order Chris placed did go through for you, so if your speeds are to increase at all then at least your profile will let you.
