How do you raise a ticket for PAYH webspace ?

As Kev is not in, ( he's been helping me )
How do you raise a ticket ? - I've gone thorugh pages and menus and can't find it again - it's well hidden - does anyone have a direct link please.
I Have a new website on NP's Pay as You Host, and it is not set up for php - and not parsing the code !.

I don't think there is a ticket system in place, you just phone them in office hours or mail them support@pay-as-you-host.com

What's this with national rate numbers - is this a move away from publising 0114 numbers  ? -  that won't win you many friends 
It's one major reason I moved away from other ISP and hosting company.

I think the national rate number is more a legacy thing - PN are publishing their local-rate numbers more and more.  I suspect James published the national rate one more for completeness.

Thats correct, when we first brought the services across, we came complete with the 0870 number. Only recently in the last few month have we been giving out the 0114 number and as you can see we do advertise this on the contact us page of our sites:
