That path will land tickets in the main "Customer Support Centre" pool, so shouldn't really be 'slow'. Some of the other ticket paths will route tickets directly to specialist teams, Customer Services or Billing etc...

Exactly. My suspicion is that because my query was a little awkward (hence it not having a better path through the wizard), the people working on the general CSC pool didn't really know what to do with it, which is why it took a day and a half to be responded to (at a time when the average response time was four hours something). Whereas if it had gone through a proper route through the wizard, maybe it would have ended up in a different pool and been seen by staff who were more clued-up in that particular area. I don't know, I'm just speculating - but that's my experience of using the ticket system anyway, hence my advice to the OP.

It seems that even when you follow a specific subject path for a problem/query the average response time means nothing.
My problem is either email or DNS. posted ticket via email path at 16:23 yesterday, system was stating about 3.5 hours average response time (which would take it to approx 20:00). Now 09:32 still "Awaiting Support Team answer".

Hi Glyn,
Unfortunately the average time is just that, some tickets are resolved very quickly whereas others may take slightly longer to be picked up. Your ticket should be picked up this morning, I'll give a nudge and make sure it gets answered for you.

Just found that I am bouncing again.
But this is laughable. It is being bounced back from +net because it contains spam in the message body.
I have had +net spam filtering switched on for my account for the last couple of years. I have received many messages from yahoo groups that are flagged as spam when they are not spam. And conversly I have continued receiving spam (not flagged as spam) even though I have flagged it as spam to the spam filter.
Why suddenly has this started to happen ??.
As the owner of several of the lists and a mod on several others this is a real pain in the :o.
