How do I view my tickets?

I called support and logged a ticket about my intermittently failing connection, but how can I see the status of it?
The member centre is not very intuitive, can someone guide me as to where I can see the status of a ticket so I can add further comments?

Are you aware that questions and tickets are the same thing? Just check for open questions.

Hi sukeshn,
You should be able to select the viewing options at the link that Strat provided. Once you've logged in you should then see a drop down list which gives the options for viewing.
