How do I get my upload speeds uncapped?

I would like my upload speed uncapped. it is currently 0.4
I have tried raising a support question on the website but there is no way to report poor upload speeds
Is anyone from plusnet on this forum and can they help?

Are you on a 20CN or a 21CN exchange?

Well the good news is that you are on 21CN and so when one of the PN staff spots this topic they should place an order to uncap your line for free.
The better news is that fibre is available which would dramatically increase your speeds. I suggest you ring the customer options team on 0800 013 2632 or 0330 123 9197 and see what deal they will offer. You may be pleasantly surprised.

I am happy with my ordinary internet, i dont want to fork out £40 per month for fibre, i just want my upload speeds uncapped.

£40 per month!!!!! There's no need to change to an expensive ISP to get fibre when it's available to you for less than half that price from Plusnet!
Edit: The maximum you'll pay is £17.49 for 40 down/20 up if your phone is not with Plusnet. If you ring up you'll probably be offered a deal for the first few months for under £10 a month.

Many people have found they can get fibre for around the same price they were paying for ADSL especially if they haven't changed package within the last couple of years. On top of that if they ring up they'll be offered a discount for some months.
It will cost you nothing to ring up and find out what they will offer you - then decide. To not make the call and find out would be stupidity as you could actually save money.

Hi malkmus13,
Your upload speed is actually uncapped at the moment. I would expect you to get faster than the current speed though. Can I please ask that you raise a fault report so that our faults team will investigate further.
In regards to fibre, it's well worth it in my opinion.
