Hi folks,
Moving house in the next week to a new build with 0 lines (bt/cable) ive only been with PN for 2 months... im currently on the fibre plan so where would that leave me standing with PN and the contract and it being re-provisioned to my new address. ( and ofc if it cant be done in a realistic time frame)
postcode checker dosnt even have the postcode yet due to being so new (most of the area is incomplete!)
Regards,
Chris

Taking a look at the House Move Guide is a good starting point.
In view of the short notice I suggest getting in touch with the specialist house move team as soon as you can tomorrow (Monday). It will first be necessary to provision a BT line which costs £49.99. The specialist team should be able to give you an idea of timescales.
Hope the move goes well for you.
