House move internet not working

Hi,
I've just moved house. The engineer came and set up the line. The internet worked for the rest of the morning but then stopped working in the afternoon. The broadband light is still on just not the internet light. I work from home so it's important. I have tried restarting the router as advised.

Hi, I still don't have any Internet and haven't received any updates to tell me what is going on. I can see the account/contract switch has gone through, and the home phone is setup. Could you update me on what is happening about the broadband? And when I am likely to be getting Internet access?
