House move + FTTC migration slow download

Hi,
Just had my house move and FTTC migration completed, but download is very slow.
BT speedtest shows:-
Download speedachieved during the test was - 3.63 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 12 Mbps-77.44 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.44 Mbps
Is this due to the migration to FTTC and some systems still think I'm on ADSL and is limiting me to the speeds I used to get?

What does your Current Line Speed in the Member Centre show? (log-in required).

Ahh, that will be it:-
Phone exchange:
    LARK LANE
Estimated line speed:
    5Mb (This may vary between 4Mb and 6Mb) - Checked on 2013-12-12 14:25:27
Current line speed:
    3.8 Mb
Still showing the old exchange and phone no too. Wonder if it will update itself or if I need to log a ticket.
