Horrible latency / packet loss
I've been getting crappy latency in games plus dreadful download speeds for awhile now, was hoping to see if anyone could interpret the graph for me. It only ever happens between 17:00 - 21:30ish, after that everything goes back to normal. My exchange is currently rated as Amber and has been since December and no date set to fix it, could this be the issue?

Made another graph as I rebooted my router and confused as to the seemingly high pings when I've only been browsing, plus the little spots of packet loss.
