Sorry to hear you don't have a dial tone. The orders have completed so we now have to raise a fault.
I've tested the line and Openreach require further testing to be carried out before they can advise an estimated resolution time. I've therefore raised it to Openreach and they will now investigate further and our Faults team will continue to monitor for updates and update you on Ticket: 88661312.
