Highly variable results from Plusnet speed test

Just tried to speedtest my connection using http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk/ accessed via the plus net website and got a shock!
2.6Mbs !
Tried twice more as below

Speedtest.net reports a constant 11.6 Mbs

Something is not right
