High speed broadband in members section

Hey there, new customer activated today... first sync at:
10343 kbps
Line Attenuation 29 db
Margin 10 db
448 kbps
Line Attenuation 7.5 db
Margin 24 db
When I was having a nosey at the members section I noticed it gave me this info:
Current line speed:
    21000
Can anyone explain these figures to me, is that what plusnet think I am actually synced at? Or is the training period skewing things slightly?
Thanks  Wink

Hi t0mt0m,
I imagine from your post, although there's not much info that your sync rate is 10343. Your account is set to 21000 ip profile but this will change depending on your sync rates over the 10 day training period.  You can see some information about the 10 day training period here:

Re: High speed broadband in members section

Thanks, that makes sense...
Another quick question, I seem to be on the 12db SNR 'setting' straight from the first sync, will this change after the training period? Seems pretty stable for it to be set straight to 12.

Re: High speed broadband in members section

It should update during the training period, yes. Might be worth rebooting the router once a day between 10am and 3pm to help it along the way.
