Hi James
Happy to say all seems well now. Line seems stable at 8128d/s at 12.5-13.5 SN margin. This doesn't seem to vary at all no matter what time of day, weather etc.
Stats attached - best speeds I've ever had so a really happy bunny!
Just one small query. Why does the member centre thingy? show interleaving still on? (See pic). I'm not really bothered, just curious.
Many thanks again - and a belated 'Penblwydd Hapus',
Terry

Quote from: Jameseh Hi Graham,
Interleaving won't be affecting your sync speed to that degree.
Daily resyncs are a good idea. If it's not been sorted come tomorrow, give me a shoult and I'll get something raised with BT.
Hi James,
Have you contacted BT about this ?
Do you have any estimate when I should see a change in my line speed / noise margin ?
Thanks
Graham

Hi Terry - I suspect it's because I removed it manually rather than hitting a button.

Hi James,
Well that was quick - my router is now showing 8128 kb / 9dB
I will check my profiles - I understand these could take longer to revert to normal.
Regards
Graham

Hi James,
It seems I spoke too soon....
Connection has been stable at 8128 / 9 & Fast Path since it was fixed on Tuesday.
However at 10:40 this morning it reverted to 6450 / 15 and interleaving
Profile has dropped to 5500
I have raised a ticket to see what has happened - it seems to me that my 'old' profile has been re-activated.
Regards
Graham
