Re: High FEC error rates causing disconnections

I swapped to an old Speedtouch 585 v6 yesterday and things did not get reset overnight as was happening with the 585 v7.  SN Margin is a respectable 7.0 and bandwidth is good.  Now all I need is for BT to reset the profile upwards. Roll_eyes

Re: High FEC error rates causing disconnections

Hi antiquebrit,
Your profile on BTs side is showing at 3000 where ours was on 2000 - I've upped the one on our side to match, hope that helps.

Re: High FEC error rates causing disconnections

Thanks Matt,
That did the trick.  Now the next trick will be to keep it that way! Wink
