Could someone please have a look at a referell from my account (nore100)
She is a recent BBYW2 customer and she is often having to browse to her router (voyager.home) and reconnect. I have the same router and never have to do this. I looked at all my router settings and haven't found anything obvious to enable 'Auto reconnect' but I might be missing something.
I know there isn't a plusnet fault, but she is starting to think she may have a problem with her BT line, so I would like to know your thoughts.
From her master socket she has a filter, and the DSL side of it only goes to her router.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks,
Mikeyd

Where is her phone plugged in and does that connection have a filter on it?

Hi Mikey,
As Talpa touchs on, you need to make sure that all active telephone sockets are filtered. So basically, wherever you have a telephone or Sky plugged in, these all need to be filtered as without this, interference is caused, resulting in the disconnections.
