Hi I am wondering if it possible to have something done to improve my ping to gaming servers. Servers that I am able to ping with my adsl service around 10ms I am getting ~40 with my firbre.
I can only assume interleaving or something is on.
Many thanks
John

Can you post a ping or traceroute to the gaming server? What are your pings like to bbc.co.uk ?

Hi Kevin
Thanks for the reply. My pings are not that bad but more or less double what I expected from 76 meg down and 18 up service. As I said my friends on fibre with karoo in Hull and one with bt in Scarborough are more or less half of what I am getting.
