Just run some tests on your line because 0.6 miles and 40.5dB don't really stack up... and there's definitely something awry with the records. The line length is estimated at just shy of 20Km on our suppliers's systems which *definitely* doesn't match up.
Now, the best thing we could do is raise a fault for you and get an engineer out to measure the line and such. Not sure we could get that updated in our suppliers' systems, but we can use them to further the fault if any issues are identified - though these figures should be updated every couple of months anyway.
