Help - settings for Belkin router

I am installing a new Belkin router and it doesn't appear to work with Plusnet.
I rang Plusnet tech support last night and after waiting 25 minutes to get through I was then told he couldn't help as he '..hadn't been trained...'. Oh.
Does anyone have the full settings?  I have followed the settings off the main Plusnet support pages, but I still can't get online even though I have a connection!
The router is a Belkin MIMO G+ and does not have PPPoA as an option.

Did you buy the router from a supplier in this country so it has UK firmware on it? When I used a Belkin MIMO G+ router a couple of years ago it had PPPoA available. In fact the default (factory reset) settings were OK, all I had to enter were my broadband username (probably username@plusdsl.net if you are a Plusnet customer) and password.

Hi. Yes, I bought the router directly from Belkin UK, but there is definitely no PPPoA setting (though there is everything else). I will have another look tonight.
