Help needed with Lost Static IP

I've just lost my IP when my account was upgraded. It is less than a year old, I signed up on Extra and had upgraded to the 120Gb trial and I had a newer static IP icon that listed my IP, etc.
I've raised a ticket asking for a new one.

Chris - can you confirm that I won't lose my IP adress if I upgrade to Unlimited now?  I have ACL's set up at work on various devices - so I can't afford to lose the address.

The issue has now been resolved so you'll be fine to upgrade

That is something aside to the problem that we had, there is always a chance that a static IP can be lost when changing product, but the chance of this happening is very very slim.
The issue where a Static IP was not available when changing product has now been fixed.

I changed from Extra Fibre to Unlimited Fibre today, notification email arrived 5:34.  My static IP address has stayed with me :).

They must like me more than you as i got mine at 2.19    Also kept my static IP address 
I would suggest this is good customer service but worried I might be accused of being a plusnet plant.

Upgrade complete, and static IP seems intact. Phew!
