Can someone at plusnet support please help me. We have had a problem on our domain directroute.co.uk in that some redirects were bouncing back.
Plusnet support have been looking into this (Question topic: Email Problems | ID: 24697904 ) but now it appears all email to our domain or to the directroute.plus.com domain is bouncing back.
We are trying to run a business and this problem is costing us money.
Can someone at plusnet please resolve this as a matter of urgency.

I'm taking a look at this now for you.
Edit: OK, looks like your domain's been removed from Postini following the original problem you raised to us regarding your redirects.
I've a sneaking suspicion it's related to the work one of our engineers did this morning on your account. I'll try and catch up with them and get to the bottom of this for you.
