Help Please - New to Plusnet

I've just signed up for Plusnet(about ten mins ago) and will be setting up my Outlook Express with a new Plusnet email address.
Can anyone tell me if I do this now or wait until the activation is completed in a few days time? Also when should I cancel my Direct Debit to my previous ISP?

Hi there,
You can set up your mail account whenever you want after the signup. The mailboxes should go active pretty quickly after the initial signup so you don't need to wait for the account to activate.
Regarding the dd on your previous ISP, you'd need to speak to them.
If you have a look at this page, it should give you all the info you need.

I've set everything according to the instructions and set my plusnet address as default. I then sent myself an email but it hasn't come through. Any ideas please?

It's probably due to the DNS not being fully set up, this can take a couple of hours for new account creation. If you can try again and let me know if it doesn't work after this time period I'll investigate further.

Still no change in the situation. Can you help please? Also(although this might be unrelated) I cannot log in to my own website(www.mypyrenees.com) Every time I try to do so by typing in the address on my "Google" page it takes me to Yahoo with a list of results. When I click on one of the results I get a page saying "Internet Explorer cannot display this page"
Grateful for any advice please.

I just tried that web page and I can't get to it either - maybe a problem with where it is hosted/the domain?

Quick check using BT DNS lookup shows that the DNS doesn't resolve
Is this your site http://webstarter.easily.co.uk/users/www.mypyrenees.com/

Thanks for that I'll try my hosting people . From your response I assume it's nothing to do with me switching ISP

No that's not my site althought the last bit(www.mypyrenees.com) is

It was something which came up on a Google search but checking again brought up your site from the google cache but still can't access it.
