Haven't received fibre router

My fibre install date is tomorrow (6th Feb), but I haven't received my fibre router (582n). "Jess" tells me that I should have received it in 3 working days, my order was placed on Thursday 30th Jan.
Has it been sent out?

it might show up in your closed tickets if it has.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've not received your router yet. I have looked into your account and I have manually dispatched your router to you. This should arrive in the next 3-5 working days. I have also raised ticket 80897747 on your account. If you could reply to this as soon as possible and I'll respond accordingly.

Thanks for the response.
I have responded to ticket 80897747 and your order has now been placed. Please allow up to 24 working hours for the confirmation of the appointment.
As I mentioned earlier, the router has been queued to be dispatched and this should go out later today. It is delivered via Royal Mail First Class and is designed to fit through a standard sized letter box.
If you've not received confirmation of the appointment by tomorrow please let me know and I'll look into this for you.
