I'll give them a call as soon as my IP Profile returns to 6500.  It's been stuck at 6000 for three days.
I don't think they will allow me to return to a lagacy product once I've changed.  I'd like to get this sorted before I make any changes.

they definitely do let you for the first month and have very recently, as long as they say when you do the flip

Hi Jessica,
The speed given on that page is just an estimate.
Because you don't have ADSL2+ available there will be no changes made to your connection speed.
If you want the guarantee, I'd be happy to move you back if you don't like Extra in the first month. Smiley

I’ll take you up on that offer.  As soon as my IP Profile returns to 6500, I’ll transfer.
Also three of my neighbours are now interested in ‘Extra’.  Two of them are with TalkTalk and one is with BT.  They will be in touch with you soon.

My IP Profile seems to be stuck (four days now).  How long does it usually take to recover?

It's back at 6500 now, you may not see any increased speeds on speedtest results until your modem/router disconnects and reconnects.

Thats what I had had in mind suggesting,
I didn't  find the pages/links
However speak to Matt,Rami,Mand,Keith et al, as there may be some line instability issues
they can help with as you transfer, re-grade to a new product.
unless disconnects have  cleared up.

I’ve just signed up to ‘Extra’.  Unfortunately, I have to wait a month before I go live.
