Has the "incompatible product" issue been resolved?

My Fibre order has been in "BOT - WLR 3 - Rejections" state since the end of June due to an incompatible product (I'm currently on Sky ADSL LLU). Support team said the "problem will not be resolved until the end of July at the earliest". Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Has your problem been resolved yet? Is the solution (whatever that may be) going to hit the end of July date?

Looks like the ordering issue we were experiencing when attempting to migrate those lines in has now been resolved, so things should be moving along for both of you - please advise if that's not the case?
