Has the 'Hostmaster Team' gone AWOL

I raised a ticket (27911107) and subsequently authorised payment for my newly acquired .com address to be hosted by +Net on Wednesday 18th at 1758hrs and 2028hrs respectively.
It took until Friday (0828hrs) for the payment to be taken.
After a number of ticket responses, to try and generate some action, I still haven't had a reply as to why it hasn't been transferred - so I've re-locked the domain at it's existing host.
Is there any chance someone could poke the persons responsible with a sharp stick? and get an answer as to why payment has been taken, without the service been performed?

Some mistakes were made with this ticket causing you an unnecessary delay.
That does not usually happen.
I have replied, and also prodded with said sharp stick.
