I had my account suspended for non-payment but it has been released again. But now my CGI webspace is not present. Also - worringly - I received an email from PN congratulating me on setting up my CCGI webspace????
Does this mean my forum and gallery webapps have all gone and I have to reload it all from scratch????
Please don't tell me I have lost my MYSQL Data for the forum and apps as well....

Surely it can't take that long to restore your backups - quicker than waiting for Plusnet to respond to a ticket for that nature.
