Ok guys heres a bit of a strange one....last month i was on fibre broadband getting speeds roughly of around 35mb d/l and 1 mb u/l... On the 10th of sept I agreed to sign up to the super super fast broadband and was getting 68mb d/l and 16 mb u/l. My question is why has my speeds now reverted back to what the were before moving on to the new packaged. Nothing has been moved or changed at my end.. Could this be a fault???
Update.....Plusnet advise me that all is well..(no surprise there then...)
Speedtested again this afternoon and got a whooping 0.26mb on d/l and 0.06mb on u/l.!!!
Not bad really for super dooper broadband..Could this get any worse?? well i suppose I could have no broadband at all, would be much different I guess.
Sorry for ranting but it's getting stupid now.
