I have to say I am very disappointed in the service provided (or rather not provided). I moved to a property in Ipswich in September and after a lot of research and recommendations from friends I decided to order my broadband from Plusnet. Well it is now over 2 months and still no broadband. Hardly any communication from them. Difficult to understand the comments some of the staff put down on the "ticket system". I am running out of patience now and my ability to work in lockdown has been greatly affected. Anyone has had a similar experience?
Yes, I've had a very similar experience when moving home and staying with plusnet. I'm sorry to hear that. I'm really concerned that you are 2 months down the line and still no connection. That is shocking. I too have found the communication to be very poor. I hope you get things resolved soon and that I too get connected again.
