Chris why don't you just provide customers on how to do this in the Member Centre on the Plusnet website. I have done this to track my router to see if it is dispatched. Its far much quicker than you having to do all hard work! You deserve a break in the games room Chris with a match with you colleague on PingPong!! Found this pic on Twitter

For your info there is no information on the member centre at on for tracking the last item was jan 2012 I am aware of this that why I am asking in here I am not that thick.
I think you need to stop being a smart ass as you don't know everything or what is on people account

If the info was on the tracker I would not have to ask so this not my problem it plus net problem. People dont know what on other people tracker so keep your size 18 out of it

New one has arrived not so long ago and about to set it up.
Once I am happy everything is ok I will then drop it off..
