Which gateway are you on? http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway
Might be worth changing gateways and seeing if that helps. Disconnect/reconnect from the router admin page - don't turn your router off/on.

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

There should be an option in the router admin page somewhere to disconnect then connect - I'm not familiar with this router though so not exactly sure where it is.
Btw, I am on ptw-ag02 and not suffering any problems.

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

Try rebooting your router now (and unplugging any extensions) and see if that helps.

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

That's the wireless speed - this shouldn't make much of a difference to you.

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

Hi rookey,
Your profile looks like it should be back up at 7000 across our side and BTs so not sure what's going on with the speed there. What's a BT speed test reporting?

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

BT reported
Download 6.30
Upload 0.17
Ping 60
Speedtest.net reported what i have posted up above... a few post above.
It was the browsing speed that was slow earlier might a bit ok at the moment.

Re: Gone downhill the past 2 weeks

Could you run the BT speed test again, then click the "Further Diagnostics" button after the first test stage. That will run a second set of tests and then tell you what your BT IP profile is. Maybe copy/paste those results here? Matt says the profile is at 7000, but just worth checking you're seeing the same thing to be 100% sure.
