It looks like one gets a better overall speed with plusnet pro than what I am currently on (BBYW3), ie. plusnet pro has little packet shaping. I dont' mind having the reduction from 30GB to 20GB in bandwidth.
a couple of questions.
1) I have the "max" option that gives me increase upload bandwidth of 832KB. Can max be applied to plusenet pro, and if so is it the same price
2) If I change products, am I tied in for another 12 months (been the plusnet for a number of years now, but just asking).
3)Is there an activation fee for this upgrade ?

I can be the bearer of good news:
1. Yes, Max Premium is compatible with Plusnet Pro – when you change it'll remain active on your account for the same price.
2. If you simply change product then no you're not; if you ask for a free router at the same time then you will be to a certain extent. (What would happen is, if you wanted to leave within 12 months PN would make you pay for the cost of the router.)
3. Nope.
