Glitch in order for 21CN

My exchange has just been converted to 21CN so asked several weeks ago to be changed. Received an email to say that it would be actioned within 7 days but so far it hasn't.  Sent in another ticket yesterday and have just received the same reply as before saying that it has been ordered and will be set up within the next 7 days!
Is anyone able to say what is going on please?

Hi Poppy,
I can see that it has been ordered and have checked the BT ordering system which confirms the due date of the 14 April. It never went through last time as the service wasn't ready until 31st March.

Thank you for letting me know. The original ticket was closed - perhaps it would have been preferable to have given me this information before closing it.
Anyway, will look forward to hearing from Plusnet on the 14th.
