Glad that worked for you, our system that assigns your profile to match your product was not matching correctly, so I changed this to what it should be.
Your line appears to have become more stable since you've changed internal equipment, your fault is raised and we'll look into this and check over your line.
If you've any other questions or anything changes let me know.

I've posted a log of your connections, there no pattern to your disconnections and in general your line appears very stable.

I'm going to suggest raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net and completing the diagnostic questions so we can investigate this further if needed.
The problem is occurring again tonight. Before I managed to navigate to this page, my internet has disconnected about 4 or 5 times. I don't think the actual hard line is being interrupted - I can be browsing happily one minute, then then next, the router shows me the "No broadband found" message. Give it a couple of minutes, click a link, and it works again, then another few minutes later I get the message again and nothing works.
I will try raising a fault. This is becoming incredibly frustrating.

Your fault has been raised with us and we'll update you once we've tested your line.

Hi Chris,
Many thanks. I had a call from you guys on Monday to arrange an engineers visit - unfortunately, there are no weekend appointments and I'm not sure I can get time off work any time soon so I will have to hold fire on that at the moment and come back to you.
I've also had an email to tell me that interleaving has been switched on. I haven't had any disconnects that I know of since last week, although I tried playing an online game last night and the pings were horrendous as expected (up around 4-500 ms) making it impossible to play, so I imagine interleaving is taking effect.
I will be in touch when I can get some available times for an engineers visit, but is it worth leaving it a week to see if interleaving has done the job? Given that the disconnects have been random and interspersed by many weeks where I have no problems, I'm wary of no faults being found on my line on the day of the visit and me being eligible for a £60 call out charge.
