Moderators are not clairvoyant, nor do they work for PlusNet. They are just PN customers who volunteer to help here and keep the forums tidy.

How common is it for the engineer not to turn up for a fibre install?

Hi there,
Just checked your account and it seems the agent who booked the appointment in made a mistake. The appointment is actually booked in for tomorrow afternoon (16th) between 1pm and 6pm.
I'm really sorry about that and am feeding back on this now, please let us know as soon as possible if you can't be available tomorrow and we'll rearrange it for you.

Thanks for the update, not the best of starts with your company I've just wasted one and a half day's leave today thanks to your colleagues error. As it happens I'm due to start night shift tomorrow night so I will be in from 1-6, not impressed so far!
