Getting Low BandWidth Again.

This seems to be the same issue i was having a few weeks ago.  http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,81279.0.html. interleaving solved the problem. but now it seems to be doing the same thing. Random speeds. 1mb-2mb 3-4mb 5-6mb
My Bandwidth is uselly 5-6mb. I Switched MY router off for 10 mins 3 Times and still having the same problem. I use the Thompson TG585 v7. I'm On the Pro Package. and i am not over my limit.
