I've just used your Exchange Status Checker which now says that my exchange (Sandhurst) is "ADSL+/21CN enabled", and that "BT have finished enabling this exchange for Max DSL products."

I don't know where you got that from. Sandhurst, Kent does not have 21CN and it isn't scheduled either.

Like I said, I used the Plusnet Exchange Status Checker with my dial code 01580, then selected Sandhurst.
