Frequent outages, low speeds and Google services not loading

Hi, For the last week or so there have been frequent outages with my connection - the router will be unable to connect and will red light me for periods with lots of disconnections. There is also severely limited speeds when accessing certain websites, and any Google website including YouTube will not load at all since yesterday. There have been no changes to the router's configuration, and all of the cable connections are sturdy. Resetting the router does not help. This is not specific to any device since it occurs on any device that connects to the router, by both wifi and ethernet cable. What's going on? Thanks in advance.

It seems to have only been yesterday where it was dropping?

Can you provide examples of the websites you can't access?
