Gah, okay. That'll be a pain but I'll try. I don't understand why everything worked fine with my previous provider. Is there anyway to get out of a 12 month contract, perhaps if I box up the router and send it back?

Hi Ash0,
I would suggest putting it in the test socket until you can resolve any internal wiring issues. As you can see from the graph below, your connection is very intermittent. Any issues with internal wiring would on'y be carried to another provider I'm afraid. That said, I'll be happy to do what I can to help you get your connection behaving better. I notice that you said you tried the test socket. How long did you leave it in there?
