Free usage starting time + Usage errors

I started downloading 9gb of data at 12 last night, and i downloaded another file this morning at about 7, and according to the usage page i;ve used 1.50+ gb today, the dwonload finished before 8am, and no-one has been here to use the internet. Also, the usage page says web accounts for 80% of the usage, and no-ones even browsed the web for much this month. I also have security and  a firewall set up.

Is the 1.5GB showing in your paid for usage or just in your free and total usage?

Remember that uploads also count against your allowance.  If, for example, you were using peer-to-peer software then it may well be continuing to upload after your downloads have finished.
