A considerable time ago we were consulted on a reorganisation of the forums. Many people spent time commenting and it was discussed at great length. It's now gone very quiet.
Who is responsible for the total lack of action? The moderators? Plusnet?
Is this yet another case of a Plusnet promise that fails to materialise for months if not years (business product refresh - about two years after first promised - being a classic example).

Plusnet. I won't add any more here for fear of sounding too damning, but suffice it to say that I'm very frustrated with the lack of progress.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions.
Plusnet: would somebody please confirm who is responsible for taking this forward.

Hi all,
Sorry for the delay on this - I'm afraid it took a bit of a back seat whilst we sorted out the network issues, but I promise it's still on the agenda.
Basically we need to take a look at the layout plans and agree those between ourselves here and the mods.
Once that's done it needs agreeing withyou lot the community as a whole
We then need to work out a timescale for the changes to happen (and let everyone know when it'll be happening).
We are moving on this and will keep you posted.

Who is taking ownership of this from within Plusnet?

Oh, sorry jelv - hadn't looked to see if there were any other threads on the subject, and I didn't start one because I knew that it would probably get locked and merged with the original one.
I should imagine that Matt has much work to do elsewhere so is it not possible to delegate more to the mods(if they want it) so that it can progress?
The beginning of the year would be a good time to have a change IMO.

The mods used to run the forums and could do as the community wished - I wonder why it has changed and now hinges on PN workstreams.
