Flashing orange

We’ve had plusnet for nearly a year now not much problems until last night we have a flashing orange light occasionally the b logo flashes been on hold for nearly an hour any help would be appreciated spoke with someone last night went through a few things got told to ring back today as they were closing please help I have 2 young children needing home schooling thanks

@Gaving1 Welcome to the forums. Which service are you on ADSL - which is the board you have posted on, or FTTC? The reason I ask is because there are differences in the amount of help other Community members can give.

Hi mate I’m on the adsl cheers got through to plus net an engineer will be out tomorrow thanks
