Firefox & BT speed test

I've returned to Firefox after a few months with I-E 6.
Using Firefox, the BT speed test hangs after 96% complete.  The test completes OK in I-E.
I don't think I had this prob before....any clues?

I use Firefox primarily, but havent been able to get the speedtester to work on it - i always siwtch to IE7 just to use the speedtester
