Finally leaving Plusnet.

So after months of absolute beyond terrible connection its finally time to join another ISP. Having raised a ticket going through all the troubleshooting I was left with no help. Time to go back to my previous ISP. Its strange how the connection for the past 2 years was bad as it is however it didnt cause me to lag so bad playing online. For those who play Call of Duty I would get 4 bars to straight 1 bar back to 4 bars for the next half hour back to 1-2 bars. Ive done speed tests while having these connections im on 3mb which is poor itself.

Re: Finally leaving Plusnet.

Sometimes there are just issues with the BT exchange and systems that PN can't seem to sort out. Moving back to a LLU supplier often sorts this - especially with oversubscribed cabinets etc.
There is nothing PN can do about that apart from be polite to the customers as they leave.
