Hi,
Our line was updated so that we can receive fiber broadband. We would like to upgrade as soon as possible but cannot with Plusnet.
Do you know why this is? And do you know when there will be the opportunity to upgrade with Plusnet?
I have phoned the free help line and they said we cannot receive it at the moment even though according to cable.uk it is available at our house.

Hi Majority,
It does look as though your Exchange is FTTC enabled, however your cabinet has not yet been regraded. As the date has been set for March 2014, it's going to be a case of a waiting game I'm afraid. Please do keep an eye on that date as it is subject to change.
